Senior Manager, Corporate Counsel, Legal & Compliance (Based in Ciudad de Mexico)

Your legal knowledge and contributions will help us ensure that we are supporting the needs and interests of the patients we serve.

What you'll do (Responsibilities)

• Provide legal and compliance guidance to the company including providing direction and guidance on project teams to execute tactical projects and / or initiatives. Such guidance may include / require conducting legal research; recommending courses of action; reviewing, drafting, and negotiating agreements; reviewing and interpreting legislation; managing litigation; prosecution, trademark clearance analysis, risk assessment, address compliance issues and implement corrective actions and executing subject matter specific projects.
• Provide feedback and guidance to staff on assignments and assigned areas.
• Provide routine legal guidance to other attorneys in department.
• Apply his or her knowledge in following procedures or in determining which procedures to follow or determining whether specified standards are met.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on legal and compliance-related matters, fostering Edwards culture.
• Other incidental duties.
