Temporary Event Operations Specialist – FIFA World Cup 2026

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Village Operations Manager to join our team for the FIFA World Cup 2026. This is a unique opportunity to work on a high-profile event, planning and executing temporary outdoor hospitality spaces and activations.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in operations and / or production management for large-scale outdoor events. They should be able to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure timely production and updates of diagrams, and coordinate with various stakeholders to align operations across the venue.

This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high-level minute-by-minute production schedules, identifying compliance issues, and making operational decisions regarding Affiliate Village activations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Significant experience in operations and / or production management for large-scale outdoor events.
• Strong track record of managing multiple vendors, activations, and hospitality spaces in complex environments.
• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in various weather conditions.
• Must be fluent in English written and verbal proficiency.
• Legally able to work without assistance in the assigned country.
