REQUIREMENTS

Main responsibilities

Own and document the architecture of the Prismatic-based integration platform.

Prioritize stabilization, error reduction, and simplification over new features.

Write clear documentation for each feature, including configuration steps and limitations.

Deliver monthly updates on new features, improvements, and known issues.

Manage developers (current team and future hires), ensuring accountability and quality delivery.

Lead bug triage, focusing on root-cause fixes instead of short-term patches.

Begin designing a data warehouse, starting as an audit log and evolving into a sync engine.

Collaborate closely with the CEO on vision, trade-offs, and major architectural decisions.

Keep integration maps and diagrams updated with production deployments.

Implement proactive alerts to detect issues before clients report them.

Desired profile

Proven experience as a

Product Leader, Product Manager, or Product Owner

in SaaS companies, ideally focused on integrations, platforms, or B2B software.

Ability to

manage a small developer team (2–4 people)

effectively.

Familiarity with

Prismatic

and SaaS applications such as Airtable, HubSpot, QuickBooks, PaintScout, etc.

Strong

systems architecture, API, debugging, and error handling

skills.

Roadmap planning and prioritization expertise.

Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Advanced English to collaborate with leadership and clients.

Ability to simplify and clearly document complex processes.
