, as part of the Human Resources team, will contribute to the development and implementation of core HR processes, programs. The Operations Specialist will provide functional support to the HR Operations and Talent Acquisitions teams while ensuring a high level of internal and external customer satisfaction and service. The ideal candidate believes in thinking creatively with a focus on continuously improving core process delivery tools and systems – such as talent acquisition, supporting onboarding & the employment life cycle and various engagement initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience in business or technology-related field.
• 5+ years demonstrated experience working with or supporting the recruitment and / or HR Operations processes in a growing company.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
