- Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple productsPlan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delayDetermine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demandAssign workers and other staff to particular production operationsSchedule shift according to production needsMonitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budgetAddress issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruptionObtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.)Prepare and submit status and performance reportsKeep paperwork organizedCollaborate with quality control, warehouse and other staffRequirements1 or 3 years on a similar positionIntermediate Advanced EnglishWorking knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems - SAP (desirable)Good at math and statisticsStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication abilities
