Job description

Estamos buscando un Técnico de Mantenimiento de Grúas capacitado para unirse a nuestro equipo en la ciudad de Apodaca, México. En este puesto, será responsable de mantener, solucionar problemas y reparar diversos tipos de sistemas de grúas, al tiempo que garantiza el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad y la eficiencia operativa.

• Realizar inspecciones periódicas y mantenimiento preventivo en grúas puente, grúas móviles y equipos relacionados.
• Diagnosticar problemas mecánicos, eléctricos e hidráulicos del sistema utilizando documentación técnica y equipos de prueba.
• Ejecute reparaciones y sustituciones de componentes de grúas, incluidos motores, controles y elementos estructurales
• Realizar comprobaciones de seguridad y garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad locales e internacionales
• Mantener registros de mantenimiento detallados y documentación de todas las reparaciones e inspecciones
• Responder a las llamadas de reparación de emergencia y solucionar problemas críticos
• Colabore con el equipo de operaciones para programar las actividades de mantenimiento con una interrupción mínima
• Implemente programas de mantenimiento preventivo para maximizar la fiabilidad del equipo
• Formar y orientar a los técnicos subalternos sobre los procedimientos de mantenimiento y los protocolos de seguridad
