We seek an experienced Media Strategist to lead media planning and execution for our automotive brand.
- Lead the whole year media strategy online and offline as well as budget allocation based on a business plan, making sure the media investment supports the brand building and business goals.
- Develop and implement the media strategy and media plan for all products and projects.
- Establish a media workflow and KPI management guide the continuous improvement of media work under effective methodology.
- Media agency management, establish a unified media management system, and improve the overall media procurement cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
- Support Marketing Manager in the whole media operation, internal and external processes to improve the way of working.
- Analyze campaign results, action plans, and competitor monitoring.

Key Qualifications & Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.5+ years of experience in media planning, buying, or advertising, preferably in the automotive industry.Strong knowledge of both traditional and digital media landscapes, including programmatic advertising, paid social, and search marketing.Experience working with media agencies and managing multi-channel campaigns.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize media strategies accordingly.Strong negotiation and project management skills.Passion for the automotive industry and an understanding of consumer behavior in this market."],
