Compensation :

  • First 8 weeks : 25% monthly commission on revenue generated
  • After 8 weeks : Opportunity to shift to a base salary plus 25% commission (based on proven results & first success stories)

We're looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Field Sales Manager for the U.S. to join our global mission and expand our footprint.

    • What We’re Looking For :

  • Proven sales experience within retail, pharma, beauty, supplements, or grocery sectors
  • Strong network of buyer contacts is a major plus
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial, growth-oriented mindset
  • Passion for health and lifestyle products
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus

    • Your Responsibilities :

  • Identify and approach new distribution partners, retailers, and sales channels
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing
  • Build and nurture long-term business relationships
  • Develop regional sales strategies tailored to your markets
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to maximize impact

    • Your Earnings :

    Example : Generate USD 100,000 in monthly revenue → You earn USD 25,000 commission on top of your base.

    There’s no earning cap — the more you sell, the more you earn.

    Recurring revenues from key accounts accumulate each month, boosting your income.
