Senior Account Manager (Growth)

Job Description

Reporting to Mexico's Client Partner, the primary responsibility will be to manage and build relationships with agency clients and partners by encouraging an environment for delivering an organized and creative product. You will oversee the smooth delivery of Performance Marketing platforms, while focusing on individual business acumen, mentorship, and the growth of their assignments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic coordination of new business projects : from brief intake to the delivery of final proposals.
• Design and structure proposals and presentations, ensuring understanding of client needs, agency capabilities, and commercial goals.
• Collaborate with internal leaders (Performance, Martech, Creative, Strategy, Finance) to integrate expertise into cohesive and impactful offers.
• Guarantee quality and consistency in all deliverables, maintaining a client-centric and strategic perspective.
• Manage timelines and workflows, ensuring smooth coordination across multiple teams.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen proposals with insights, innovation, and cross-capability integration.
• Participate in client interactions (calls, clarification meetings, pitches) to represent the agency's value proposition.
• Help develop commercial narratives and storytelling that highlight the agency's differentiators.
