The ROLE
This position is responsible for recruiting across our Americas region and Corporate business units which are supporting Go-To-Market (Sales, Presales, Sales Ops).
The Talent Acquisition Partner will play an important role in establishing and maintaining an exceptional candidate experience, contributing to the larger goal of making Syniti a great place to work. You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, ensuring speed, quality, and consistency in the hiring process while building a strong bench of talent that fuels revenue growth.
The role involves building long-term talent pipelines, advising on sourcing strategy and employer branding, and shaping the business unit’s talent attraction strategy.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Talent Acquisition & Strategy
- Leverage best-in-class recruitment strategies to find and attract top talent in the market.
- Own and drive sourcing strategy & execution for assigned requisitions, building talent pipelines to fill current and future openings.
- Use structured competency matrices to ensure consistency in candidate evaluation across interview stages.
- Manage full cycle recruiting for assigned roles, from sourcing and initial phone screen to offer negotiation and acceptance, ensuring a seamless and high-quality candidate journey.
- Leverage internal networks and partnerships across the business to drive employee referrals, strengthening our talent pipeline and employer brand.
Stakeholder Partnership
Partner with hiring managers and GTM leaders to proactively scout internal and external talent, aligning to quarterly hiring goals and revenue targets.Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and responsiveness in aligning hiring priorities to evolving business needs while balancing speed and quality.Provide market insights, and competitive intelligence to guide hiring decisions.Coach interviewers on best practices, including SLAs for resume review, feedback submission, and decision-making to reduce time-to-fill.Prepare interview teams with candidate prep packets and prior feedback to ensure efficient, informed conversations.Act as a trusted talent advisor to managers, creating transparency in the process and setting clear expectations to strengthen Syniti’s employer brand.Candidate & Employer Branding
Build and maintain rapport with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.Champion Syniti’s commitment to diversity as a key driver; ensuring all candidate pools represent the diverse talent we seek.Promote Syniti on social media and networking platforms; actively participate in recruitment events (virtual and in-person).Act as an ambassador for Syniti’s culture, positioning our GTM as a destination for top performers.Process & Analytics
Use data and insights to drive efficiencies in the hiring process as well as provide regular reporting on pipeline health, time-to-fill, and source effectiveness.Collaborate with the TA team to share best practices and stay aligned on market drivers and competitive landscape.Maintain accurate candidate data in systems (SuccessFactors preferred) and produce timely reporting.Continuously improve process standardization : pre-defined interview line-ups, competency-based rubrics, and candidate experience guardrails.General Responsibilities
Conduct interviews ensuring a thorough evaluation of candidates’ background, interest, and fit.Assist in writing and editing job descriptions and postings.Serve as liaison to HR in the onboarding process.Maintain confidentiality and discretion as a member of the HR team.Assist with other projects as needed.WHAT IT TAKES
7+ years of recruiting experience in a technology company; prior experience in a consultative TA Partner or equivalent role preferred.Proven track record of hiring top-performing professionals in competitive talent markets.Track record of hiring quota-carrying sales roles (BDR / ISR, AE, Sales Manager, VP Sales) and GTM talent.Strong business acumen and the ability to align recruiting strategies with business goals.Demonstrated ability to influence and build consultative relationships with senior business leaders.Experience with workforce planning and data-driven recruiting strategies.Strong market knowledge of talent landscapes, trends, and competitor activity.Expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruitment analytics.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceBe fully aligned to our core values :Think Big - Be courageous and bold.
