Business Intelligence Analyst (BI)

🌟 About the Role

We’re looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to bridge operations, strategy, and analytics .

This role drives data-based decision-making , connecting operational performance with strategic insight.

Your mission : strengthen operational analytics , build data flows , and support the design and execution of a data-driven decision framework across NOVACARD.

Tasks

🧩 Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize operational processes (Customer Service, Logistics, Customer Feedback).
• Conduct lifecycle, trend, and root-cause analyses to identify improvement opportunities.
• Build and maintain automated dashboards (Power BI or similar) with key KPIs.
• Collaborate with Operations and Strategy teams to translate data into clear actions.
• Ensure data quality, integration, and governance across multiple systems.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and strategic planning.

Requirements

💻 Ideal Profile

Experience : 2+ years in data analysis (ideally fintech or operations-related).
