Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Corporate Lawyer at TMC Legal Mexico.

The Junior Corporate Lawyer will be responsible for handling day-to-day legal tasks, research, drafting legal documents, attending meetings, and supporting senior lawyers in various legal matters.

Qualifications

Legal research and drafting skills

Knowledge of corporate law and M&A

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work well in a team and under pressure

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Law degree from a reputable institution
