About the Role

As a Technical Sales Trainee, you will play a key role in developing your expertise in both technical knowledge and sales strategies for our advanced solutions. You will be responsible for learning technical processes, participating in business trips, and supporting the sales team, ensuring a high-quality experience for our customers. Working closely with cross-functional teams at the head office, you will build a solid foundation for a successful career in sales, gaining hands-on experience and exposure to international business practices.

Responsibilities

Learn about the company’s products and relevant technical knowledge, and understand basic business processes.

Assist the sales team in preparing materials, handling customer visits, and performing basic communications.

Participate in client visits and business trips, collecting market and customer requirements.

Gradually take on sales and technical support tasks under guidance, enhancing overall capabilities.

Required Skills

• Fluency in Spanish, English, and Chinese is required.
• Availability to travel for international training (China)
• Engineering (preferably Software, Hardware, Structural Engineering, or Electrical Engineering).
• Availability to focus on sales.
• Extroverted personality and agile mindset.
