Full Stack Engineer

Remote position across LATAM

This full stack engineering role requires expertise in front end, backend and DevOps engineering, with the flexibility to work hands-on or manage projects with external vendors.

You are technically experienced, adaptable, and experienced in delivering high-quality applications.

About the Job

• Build end to end Retail apps, Microservices and other services for available systems using public Cloud (GCP / AWS / Azure), applying Object-Oriented Design principles, algorithms, data structures, DBMS / SQL, and top-tier Software Engineering practices.
• Conduct detailed analysis of requirements and technical environments to provide high-quality technical solutions.
• Develop team member management including Business and IT leadership.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of code, approach, and architecture. Contribute to the team’s repository of best practices and reusable solutions.
• Drive automated / self-service solutions to decrease the incident resolution times for our customers.
• Participate in peer code reviews and thoroughly test solutions to ensure adherence to best practices and project requirements.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like Scrum or Kanban.
• You will manage team members and report to the Senior Manager of Retail Engineering.
