Polaris Monterrey is seeking a dynamic and hands-on Warehouse Coordinator to lead daily warehouse operations and drive excellence in inventory management, safety, and team performance. The Warehouse Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials, supporting cross-functional collaboration, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the site.

Experience in automotive, manufacturing, or industrial environments

Forklift certification or experience operating material handling equipment

Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, materials handling

Advanced English proficiency

Proficiency in WMS and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)

Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, basic automation)

The Warehouse Coordinator reports to the Warehouse Manager. Key responsibilities include supervising receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities; ensuring inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits; and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards. The role requires strong collaboration with departments such as Production, Quality, and Planning to meet operational goals. The Coordinator will also support Lean initiatives, generate and analyze KPIs, and contribute to training and performance evaluations.
