Role Description
We’re hiring a hands-on Amazon Brand Manager to oversee the daily operations and performance of Amazon accounts.
This role involves managing and optimizing product listings, launching and monitoring PPC campaigns, coordinating review and influencer strategies, and ensuring that each account runs efficiently and in compliance with Amazon policies. You'll be directly responsible for identifying issues, tracking KPIs like TACoS, sessions, conversion rate, and Buy Box %, and taking action to improve results.
The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in executing growth strategies within Seller Central. You’ll be expected to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and keep performance aligned with each brand’s goals.
Responsabilities
Manage Amazon brand accounts end-to-end, ensuring alignment with growth objectives
Optimize listings and advertising campaigns
Monitor key KPIs (TACoS, conversion rate, sessions, Buy Box %) and provide actionable insights
Coordinate review generation and influencer marketing efforts
Oversee hijacker detection and brand protection strategies
Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams, presenting updates and next steps
Collaborate with creatives, operations, and ad specialists for execution
Qualifications
Located in Latin America
2+ years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts
Strong understanding of Amazon KPIs and ability to make data-driven decisions
Proficiency in PPC tools and campaign management
Familiarity with listing optimization
Excellent communication and project management skills
Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment
Bonus : Experience working with direct sales, beauty, or wellness brands
