• External performance : Analyzing industry data to improve the company's commercial position. Working with Commercial teams to create action plans, monitor trends, and set clear goals
• Providing strategic support to Sales Development, Pricing & Revenue Management, Planning, Ecommerce, and Marketing teams
• Driving efficiencies in team processes using data skills, automating manual tasks
• Project managing incentives from Tourism Authorities, working with Planning, Finance, Marketing, PR, and Sales teams to optimize fund usage
• Coordinating new market launches, supporting analysis and ensuring all teams are prepared for launch
• Producing regular updates for leaders and directors, including strategy outcomes and business case implementations
