Responsibilities

Gather, document, and manage business requirements.

Work with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into clear deliverables.

Support process reviews, workflows, and testing activities.

Act as a bridge between business and technical teams during the migration.

Qualifications

Top 3 Must Haves :

Experience in BA role in large system migration processes

Banking, financial services, or credit union experience / Experience with LOS systems

Knowledge of BA best practices

Nice to have :

Banking, financial services, or credit union experience highly preferred
