Turner & Townsend and CBRE collaborate to provide clients with top-tier programme, project, and cost management services globally.Please visit our website : DescriptionActivities might change accordingly.Prepare estimations according to all design phases.Monitor, control, and prepare valuations.Participate in value engineering sessions.Prepare and analyze change orders.Develop the primary project budget.Develop progress measurement criteria with vendors.Collect cost market data.Support quotation processes by responding to service / materials proponents' questions.Produce cash flow forecasts for internal and client purposes.Quantify materials and labor for all project phases.Prepare cost-benefit analyses.Review project budgets after design package issuance by the technical team.Collaborate on creating recommendation reports.Participate in weekly project and departmental meetings.Issue weekly progress reports on project costs, including forecasting reimbursable expenses.QualificationsEssential : Degree-qualified or equivalent in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or Architecture.Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles.Knowledge of project components and construction costs.Ability to analyze and interpret technical and commercial documentation.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other IT packages.Strong relationship-building skills.Self-motivated and proactive attitude.Understanding of construction processes and commercial awareness.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Negotiation skills for internal, external, and supply chain interactions.Positive attitude and team integration skills.Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize deadlines.Keen on personal development and maintaining up-to-date knowledge.Fluent in English.Desirable : Working towards RICS membership or recently chartered.Experience with software like CostX, CATO, BIM Measure.Advanced Excel skills.Experience with AutoCAD.Additional InformationOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
