  • Customer Experience Associate
  • At our company, we're seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Associate to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused individual who can provide top-notch support and build strong relationships with our customers.

    As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions to their problems. You will work closely with other teams to ensure seamless communication and timely resolution of customer concerns.

    To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Your goal will be to provide exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and retention.

    We are looking for candidates with 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in high-volume support environments. A background in trading platforms, payments, or KYC is also desirable. If you have experience working with CRM / ticketing tools, such as Zendesk or Intercom, that's a definite plus!
