Timely inform the Executive team of potential hazardous situations or risks that the buildings or services might have

Propose emergency action plans to address risks

Collaborate with WHS personnel in implementing plans and “Brigadas de auxilio”

Ensure that all facilities and installations are in accordance with mandatory and legal regulations and that personnel in charge are trained

Plan the maintenance schedule according to the company's long-term vision and operating standards. Consider preventive, predictive, corrective, or mixed actions.

Support for the preparation of cost estimates required by the management of VPE Mexico.

Supervise and lead all maintenance processes and operations.

Participation, review and approval of the conceptual and basic engineering for the projects assigned to VPE Building Group Mexico. As well as in the CDMX (Corporate Building, Engineering Building Facilities)

Complying with the planning of training programs of the group of buildings coordinated by the supervisor

• Supervise that the facilities personnel internal and external comply with the regulations and implementation of daily activities

Ensure the good condition of the organization's assets, whether equipment, machinery, or facilities.

Monitor and ensure the proper performance of the company's equipment, as well as control the status of the different facilities to ensure they are in working condition.

Preparation of scope of work (Engineering / Architecture / Services) of buildings and civil works facilities required in the different plants of Mexico.

Follow-up of assigned projects (scope, cost and time) with the support of tools and methodologies.

From its assignment to delivery to the end user. From the start-up meeting, detailed reviews, supervises the execution.
