EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Tasks and Responsibilities :

  • Maintain a daily dashboard to track owners priorities across business and personal domains
  • Intake and triage new requests, inquiries, and follow-ups from internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage CRM activities, referral outreach, and performance tracking
  • Own the executives calendar, inbox, and communication flow across ventures
  • Serve as first point of contact for tenants, contractors, vendors, and service providers
  • Track property maintenance, manage expenses, and support vendor billing
  • Conduct market research, draft business plans, and assist with strategic initiatives
  • Streamline systems, track recurring tasks, and support light bookkeeping
  • Coordinate personal scheduling, travel planning, and household services

Qualifications :

  • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Previous experience supporting executives
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience in Operations, Sales, and / or Customer Service
  • Proven success supporting entrepreneurs or small business owners
  • Professional presence and client-facing confidence
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Shift : 8 : 00AM TO 6 : 00PM MONDAY TO FRIDAY
