Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst with a minimum of 8 years of proven experience in business analysis roles. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish , and preferably have industry experience in insurance . This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, define requirements, and support the delivery of effective solutions that align with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings with stakeholders in both English and Spanish.
• Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Support project delivery through requirement validation, testing, and change management.
• Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and industry best practices.
• Lead and participate in user story creation, grooming, and detailing sessions with product owners and development teams.
