We’re seeking a Virtual Appointment Setter / Follow Up Specialist to engage and nurture our seller leads and help drive more deals to the finish line.

Job Summary

As a Virtual Follow-Up Specialist, your role is to consistently follow up with prospective sellers, build rapport, and keep leads moving through the sales pipeline. You will play a key role in ensuring our team stays in front of every potential opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily follow-up calls, texts, and emails to motivated seller leads
• Log all communication and updates in the CRM system with accuracy
• Build rapport with sellers to understand their motivations and timelines
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments or escalate to the Acquisitions Manager
• Ensure leads are followed up on in a timely, structured manner
• Collaborate with the team to improve lead engagement and pipeline flow
• Track and meet performance metrics (e.g., call volume, contact rate, conversions)
