What will you do?

This position supports the administration, monitoring and control of documents by the Procurement and Foreign Trade areas following the established policies and procedures.

• Review of dispatch status on the shipping page and notify the import / export analyst, who will follow up
• Request for import documents from procurement administrators
• Save documents in import / export folders in Share Point
• Fill out merchandise ID's at the border
• Sending documents to Billing
• Export monitoring
• Give status of imports / exports to internal clients
• Import of samples
• Request for maritime quotes
