Role : Senior HubSpot Specialist

Location : Mexico City (On-site, Full-time)

We’re seeking a Senior HubSpot Specialist with advanced, hands-on expertise in Marketing Hub and CRM. This is not a general digital marketing role—you’ll be the HubSpot owner at Greenday Finance, responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing workflows, campaigns, and reporting that directly drive revenue growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the internal HubSpot expert, managing CRM and Marketing Hub end-to-end.
  • Architect, build, and optimize advanced workflows, sequences, and pipelines.
  • Design and implement lead scoring frameworks to align Marketing and Sales.
  • Build dashboards and analytics to report on KPIs, campaign ROI, and customer lifecycle metrics.
  • Manage HubSpot integrations with third-party tools and platforms.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity, automation accuracy, and process efficiency.
  • Partner with Marketing to design and launch multi-channel campaigns (email, landing pages, CTAs, ads, forms).
  • Train and mentor team members on HubSpot features, updates, and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience, with a strong focus on Marketing Hub and CRM.
  • Proven success building and optimizing complex automations, lead scoring, and data-driven campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of inbound marketing, funnel optimization, and sales enablement.
  • HubSpot certifications required :
  • Inbound Marketing
  • HubSpot Marketing Software
  • HubSpot CRM Implementation
  • Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • High English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
