Senior Design Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Design Leader to drive our design function forward. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing design strategies that align with our business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing large-scale design teams, with experience in apparel, accessories, or consumer products. You will be responsible for overseeing multiple design managers and senior designers, ensuring clarity of roles, responsibilities, and project ownership across the team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement design strategies that align with business objectives
• Oversee multiple design managers and senior designers, ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities
• Partner with executive leadership to shape design strategy and optimize processes

In this role, you will have the opportunity to build and scale a high-volume design team, define talent development strategies, and foster a collaborative and inclusive culture. You will also serve as the executive sponsor of PLM system adoption, driving continuous improvement in workflows, approvals, and data integrity.

You will oversee compliance across all leagues and licensors, implement checkpoints and governance structures to maintain quality, accuracy, and compliance, and contribute to long-term business planning and market expansion initiatives.
