Pay Rate :

  • Hourly Rate : $9–$11 / hr
  • Full-time Biweekly Rate (40 hours per week 80 total) : $720 - $880
  • All roles are hourly-based and paid bi-weekly via third-party platforms. Rates are non-negotiable once offered.

Schedule :

Monday–Friday, 9-hour shift (including a 1-hour lunch), From 7 AM – 4 PM PST.

    Job Summary

    As our SEO Content Strategist, you'll act as the editorial bridge between ideas, SEO insights, and the voice of the community. Your mission is to ensure everything we publish is clear, relevant, strategic, and human-first. You'll polish AI-assisted content, dig into platforms like Reddit and Quora for inspiration, and help us shape our next wave of original, performance-driven content.

    Job Tasks

    Content Development and Editing :

  • Review, refine and edit blog content, landing pages, and campaigns to ensure clarity, tone, and structure match our brand guidelines and audience expectations.
  • Transform AI-assisted drafts into high-value content with SEO, UX, and narrative best practices in mind.
  • Topic Discovery through Community Listening :

  • Conduct regular exploration of Reddit and Quora comments, and similar forums to identify emerging user pain points, trends, and gaps.
  • Translate these findings into content briefs, article recommendations, or refresh suggestions.
  • Flag opportunities to repurpose, optimize, or promote existing content based on user insights.
  • Content Repurposing and Distribution Support :

  • Adapt blog content into shorter formats for Reddit replies, social posts, email hooks, or video scripts.
  • Collaborate with the team on ideation for cross-platform content experiments.
  • Provide strategic input on editorial calendar planning, based on community signals.
  • Content Writing, QA, and Optimization :

  • Write and structure high-converting landing pages aligned with user intent, SEO best practices, and brand messaging.
  • Collaborate with the SEO team to incorporate targeted keywords, persuasive CTAs, and conversion-focused layout elements.
  • Use wireframes, audience data, and existing assets to guide content creation for service pages, lead magnets, or campaigns.
  • Review final content before publishing to ensure SEO structure, readability, and UX quality.
  • Benchmark top-performing content against competitors to spot easy improvement wins.
  • Assist with light data sourcing, stat research, or forum mining to support original storytelling.
  • Test and iterate page copy based on performance metrics, heatmaps, or A / B testing insights to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Responsibilities :

    Ensure Strategic Content Alignment

  • Guarantee that all content initiatives support the overall SEO strategy, brand positioning, and user needs, turning day-to-day content execution into measurable business impact.
  • Maintain Quality Standards Across Content

  • Take ownership of content quality by setting benchmarks for clarity, readability, SEO optimization, and user experience — ensuring that published work consistently meets or exceeds expectations.
  • Leverage AI and Tools for Scalable SEO Operations

  • Oversee and optimize the integration of AI-assisted content workflows, ensuring efficiency without sacrificing originality, strategic depth, or brand voice.
  • Translate Community Insights into Actionable Strategy

  • Ensure insights gathered from platforms like Reddit, Quora, and other communities directly inform editorial planning, topic prioritization, and content innovation.
  • Drive Cross-Team Collaboration for Consistency

  • Coordinate with SEO managers, designers, and writers to ensure consistent messaging, smooth workflow handoffs, and clear alignment between creative and SEO objectives.
  • Monitor and Optimize SEO Performance

  • Take accountability for analyzing performance data, benchmarking against competitors, and driving continuous improvement in rankings, engagement, and conversions.
  • Safeguard Content Repurposing & Distribution Strategy

  • Ensure that every piece of content created has a lifecycle — being repurposed, redistributed, and optimized for different platforms to maximize visibility and ROI.
  • Foster Innovation and Continuous Improvement

  • Encourage the exploration of new content formats, structures, and data-driven storytelling approaches to keep the brand ahead of trends and user expectations.
  • Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in content editing, strategy, or publishing
  • Excellent written English (native or near-native proficiency)
  • Experience with Reddit, Quora, or user-first research platforms (informal use of Reddit is welcome — what matters is your ability to spot great threads, patterns, or pain points)
  • Comfortable editing or building on AI-generated content
  • Experience using AI content workflows (e.g., Jasper, , , Notion AI, or custom internal pipelines) to manage and refine high-volume writing tasks
  • Familiar with WordPress or similar CMS
  • Able to balance creativity with structure, quality with speed
  • Strong time management and communication skills
  • Self-directed and curious, with a pulse on content and SEO trends
  • Nice to Have Skills

  • Experience with content performance analytics (Google Analytics, Ahrefs, or similar).
  • Background in conversion copywriting or UX writing.
  • Exposure to B2B or SaaS industries.
  • Ability to co-create content with video, social, or design teams.
