What You’ll Do
Convert inbound chats and emails into closed deals.
Advise customers on how to get the most value from Apollo’s platform.
Upsell and cross-sell to expand customer impact.
Collaborate with Sales and Product to improve the customer journey.
Consistently meet performance and revenue targets.
What You’ll Bring
~1–2 years in a customer-facing or sales role (SaaS, Fintech, BPO, or E-commerce).
~ English fluency (C1+).
~ Strong multitasking and communication skills.
~ Ambition to grow your career in tech sales or customer success.
