The ideal candidate will be disciplined and have experience in conducting product demonstrations. This candidate should be comfortable with frequent travel and be able to generate new sales leads on a regular basis. The candidate should be able to keep track of their sales and effectively communicate with other team members while out in the field.
Responsibilities
- Generates revenue through Inside Sales & Marketing efforts primarily over phone and using web-enabled technologies and processes
- Handle customer orders and give excellent customer service,
- Follow Brady’s guiding values,
- Actively work for continuous improvement together with other employees,
- To continuously keep up and follow up a high delivery performance and low costs.
- Service existing select accounts, while closing new business through their opportunity pipeline.
- Develop assigned target accounts into long term customers. '
- Use sales skills to cross sell all Brady products / services into each of our accounts.
- Train and motivate distribution partners on the Brady products, and how to prospect for future opportunities.
- Asked to serve as mentor and on sales councils from time to time in order to share views and ideas.
- Advises Regional Sales Manager of significant competitive actions, evaluation of market conditions and estimates of sales potential. Participation in National Sales Meeting participation and Trade Show participation.
- Responsible to meet sales goals and objectives, motivate, train and perform joint calls with distribution, form consultative relationships with customers while providing facility solutions
- Must have the ability to manage multiple channels of key distribution.
- Travel with their field representative as requested assisting the representative in on-site sales presentations, equipment demonstrations and problem solving.
- Full knowledge and understanding of company goals, missions, and philosophies as-expressed by the customer support manager and team leader effort.
