The Opportunity

Join Varicent’s Sales Planning team to lead the development of a fast-scaling SaaS platform that empowers global sales organizations. You’ll work on a high-impact single-page application using React, GraphQL, and a serverless AWS backend, driving features that directly support revenue growth and go-to-market execution.

You’ll be part of a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and product managers focused on delivering a high-performing web platform. As a senior engineer, you’ll shape technical decisions, mentor others, and contribute to building scalable, cloud-native solutions.

Work Location & Time Zone

This role is open to candidates based in Mexico only. Please submit your resume in English. The position requires employees to work within Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours. While we are open to candidates from outside the EST time zone, you should be prepared to adjust your working hours to align with EST for collaboration with the team and stakeholders. The role is fully remote, with a results-driven culture that emphasizes performance and collaboration.
