Senior Accounting Director – Private Equity Real Estate

Location : Mexico City, Mexico

PER is a real estate investment platform focused on high‑impact projects across Mexico and the US. The firm leads a 300‑hectare development in Todos Santos BCS, projected over 10–15 years.

What the job involves

• Own the full accounting function for large‑scale real estate projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across general ledger, reconciliations, AP / AR, financial reporting, and tax.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire the internal accounting team while coordinating closely with an external accounting firm to deliver top‑quality results.
• Ensure strict compliance with Mexican accounting and tax regulations, managing filings and relationships with authorities.
• Partner with the CFO on budgeting, cash flow, and financial analysis to support strategic project decisions.
• Strengthen internal controls, streamline accounting procedures, and continuously improve processes.
• Support internal and external audits with timely, accurate documentation.
• Occasionally travel to project sites to oversee operations and maintain hands‑on control.
