Descripción del trabajoDevelop and expand market presence by identifying new sales opportunities and potential clients. Engage with customers through calls, emails, and on-site visits to understand their needs and present product solutions. Execute distribution programs and support the development of new distribution channels. Conduct product demonstrations and company presentations for prospective clients and partners. Manage ongoing projects : liaise with client project leaders, gather specification requirements, track progress, and maintain detailed project documentation. Coordinate product shipments and customs clearance as needed. Bachelor’s degree (STEM-related field preferred). English and Spanish – both spoken and written. Willingness to travel up to 75% throughout Mexico and other Latin American countries. 0–3 years of B2B sales or government project experience, ideally in high technology, security, drone, or anti-drone industries. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities. Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated. Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. Energetic, sociable, and resilient in a dynamic sales environment.
