Digital Product Strategist

About the Role :

Are you a strategic thinker with strong Agile expertise and deep knowledge of the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain?

We're looking for an experienced Product Owner to join our team, working closely with leaders in SaaS-based insurance solutions.

In this role, you'll serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams, ensuring delivery of high-impact products that transform how insurers operate in the digital era.

What You'll Do :

• Act as the primary liaison between product management and engineering teams.
• Communicate product vision, goals, and priorities clearly to ensure shared understanding.
• Own and manage the product backlog — prioritize stories, define epics, and ensure backlog items are ready for development.
• Lead sprint and release planning, and represent the voice of the customer in agile ceremonies.
• Make business decisions that drive product value, balancing user needs and technical feasibility.
• Participate in daily scrums, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and demos.
• Review deliverables at the end of each sprint and provide go / no-go decisions.
• Provide transparency through regular progress reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Work with end users to understand business impact and support defect prioritization and resolution.
• Mentor junior product owners and support agile team success.
