Descripción del trabajoBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related discipline. Experience writing executive-level summaries to position business value and customer outcomes. At least 5 years of combined experience in solution development, technical writing, and proposal creation. Familiarity with the power industry, US market, customer requirements, and competitive landscape. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Project management, engineering, or field service experience is highly valued.
Bid / Proposal Manager Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Bid / Proposal Manager to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a vital role in developing optimal technical solutions to customers' business problems and leading the technical vision in solving those problems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design cost-effective solutions to address customer-specific business challenges.
- Collaborate with Sales and Business Development teams to determine and document within the proposal the optimal way to bring together the customer's business needs and technical solutions.
- Represent the technical solution within a clear, concise, and customer-focused proposal.
- Support cross-functional teams and establish the necessary internal and external resources to drive opportunity solutions.
- Contribute to activity, pipeline, and revenue goals on a quarterly basis.
