We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of finance, business principles, and working knowledge of sourcing & procurement platforms.

The successful candidate will be proficient in MS Office, possess an analytical mind with strategic abilities, excellent negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills, and good data analytics skills. They should also be able to perform spend analysis and have experience with SAP, Coupa, and ServiceNow.

This role involves working closely with key stakeholders to analyze existing business processes and systems, identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement. The Business Analyst will design challenges, conceptualize solutions, and provide production assistance to lead efforts in analyzing, troubleshooting, and enhancing business systems.

Responsibilities include developing detailed plans, gathering and documenting business, technical, and functional requirements, translating them into system design solutions, conducting feasibility and pilot tests, providing input during implementation phases, and acting as project manager or supporting project leadership as needed.
