The Opportunity

The Global Procurement Analyst supports daily procurement operations for the U.S. and Canada. The focus is on coordination, documentation and process follow-up.

Main Responsibilities

• Support procurement processes across different projects and categories.
• Draft and review standard contracts, NDAs and basic legal documents with guidance.
• Set up and update suppliers in procurement and finance systems.
• Follow up on supplier documentation, classifications, payment terms and catalog updates.
• Assist internal teams with requests, reporting and post-bid activities.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with colleagues on ad-hoc tasks and improvement initiatives.
