We are seeking a seasoned attorney to lead our commercial legal strategy in Mexico and Central America.

This role requires a lawyer with extensive experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts. The ideal candidate will have :

Proven track record of managing complex commercial transactions
Demonstrated ability to balance legal risk management with business objectives
Strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners

The successful candidate will deliver practical, business-oriented solutions that align with local laws and global standards. A proactive approach to managing legal risks is essential for this role.

Key qualifications include :

A law degree from a top-tier institution

Minimum 5 years of relevant legal experience, ideally combining top-tier law firm training with in-house counsel experience in a multinational environment

Full professional fluency in English (spoken and written)
