In this role, you’ll write software alongside a team of global engineers on projects that matter to our customers and business travelers, and have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers. What You’ll Do : Design and implement next-generation highly scalable, and reliable SaaS applications* Translate functional specifications into logical, component-based technical designs* Own delivery of application features end-to-end by working with product and engineering teams* Innovate and implement new ideas to solve software problems and improve customer experience* Participate in design and code reviews* Work closely with geographically distributed team members* Mentor, support and develop junior engineers* Seek and share domain and industry knowledge with the team to improve engineering practices What We’re Looking For : Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or equivalent* 8+ years of experience in software development* Enterprise web applications (Java, Kotlin, or Spring)* Object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms* SDLC and agile methodologies, and agile tools and programming practices* Machine Learning fundamentals (supervised / unsupervised learning, model evaluation)* Large Language Model (LLM) integration or fine-tuning* Prompt engineering and AI application development* CI-CD principles and technologies* AWS services and building deployment pipelines* Strong understanding of distributed systems* Building and delivering multi-tenant cloud-native SaaS software* Passionate about collaboration and incorporating feedback from partners* Passion for maintaining high-quality standards in software development* Communicates complex information in a concise and clear way to technical and non-technical partners Location Mexico City, Mexicoto learn more about the benefits we offer in Mexico.
