  • ACTIVIDADESA DESARROLLAR :
  • Excelente gestión y dominio de proceso de inventarios
  • Atención personalizada con el cliente, resolución de conflictos
  • Recibo de mercancía
  • Gestionar el producto en su globalidad, como pedidos, almacén, etc.
  • Gestionar el equipo y controlar procesos (selección, vacaciones, control de horarios, resolución de conflictos)
  • Actividades administrativas, cierre y apertura de PDV (terminales, cortes, envió de reportes)
  • Creación de estrategias de ventas
  • Coaching y supervisión de personal
  • Análisis de KPI´S
  • Seguimiento de los resultados de ventas en base a los presupuestos
