Position : TikTok Shop Specialist

Location : LatAm Only (Remote)

Employment Type : Full Time

Role Overview :

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven TikTok Shop E-commerce Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing e-commerce operations on TikTok, with a strong background in the DTC beauty industry. This role requires a proactive individual who can drive sales growth, optimize the customer shopping experience, and enhance our brand presence on TikTok.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and optimize the brand's TikTok Shop storefront to ensure a seamless and engaging shopping experience for customers.
  • Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive traffic, increase conversions, and maximize sales on TikTok.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, product, and creative teams to create compelling and on-brand product listings, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including sales, traffic, conversion rates, and customer feedback, to inform data-driven decisions and strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with TikTok’s ecommerce features, tools, and best practices to continuously improve and innovate our TikTok Shop operations.
  • Coordinate with the inventory and logistics teams to ensure accurate product availability and timely order fulfillment.
  • Develop and execute promotional strategies, including discounts, flash sales, and influencer collaborations, to drive engagement and sales.
  • Manage the TikTok Shop budget, optimizing spend to achieve ROI and sales targets.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Manage the TikTok Shop affiliate program in partnership with the influencer team, including owning discovery, approval, invitations, tracking, and communication with affiliates.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in ecommerce management, specifically on TikTok, within the DTC beauty industry.
  • Experience working in an ecommerce manager capacity for a Shopify brand.
  • (Preferred) Experience working in a similar role within TikTok Shop for another brand.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and effective ecommerce strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok’s platform, algorithms, and user behavior.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Passion for the beauty industry and a deep understanding of beauty trends and consumer behavior.
