The Role : Account Executive (100% Remote)
As an Account Executive, you'll identify and engage potential clients, guide them through our sales process, and work alongside our senior sales team to close new business. This is an ideal opportunity to launch or accelerate your career in tech sales, learning from experienced professionals in a truly global environment—all from the comfort of your home in Mexico.
Research and contact agencies and brands across Mexico, Latin America, and globally via LinkedIn, trade directories, and industry events
Execute cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone calls) presenting MerchantSpring's value proposition
Qualify inbound leads and nurture them through the entire sales pipeline
Sales Engagement & Client Interaction
Complete the full sales cycle from start to finish, supported by senior team members (using BANT and Sandler methodologies)
Pipeline & CRM Management
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in HubSpot
Develop expertise in eCommerce marketplaces (Amazon, Mercado Libre, Walmart, and more)
Participate in ongoing sales training to sharpen your negotiation, pitching, and persuasion skills
Work closely with senior sales leaders to align outreach strategies
Support Customer Success in ensuring your newly onboarded clients succeed
Develop towards a Senior Account Executive role within 1–2 years
1–3 years of sales or business development experience (B2B preferred)
~ Fluent English – essential for global client and team communication
~ Highly motivated, resilient, and eager to learn in a fast-paced sales environment
~ SaaS or eCommerce experience is a plus
~ Familiarity with HubSpot CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is advantageous
~ Empathetic and culturally aware in a global marketplace
