Role Overview :

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your passion for customer service and financial solutions in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts within the 0-30 day delinquency range, resolving inquiries, and implementing effective payment strategies.

Candidates with experience in financial customer service and strong interpersonal skills are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in the U.S.
• Provide efficient and empathetic service to address account concerns.
• Assess reasons for missed payments and offer solutions to regularize accounts.
• Perform skip tracing to locate clients and / or collateral using authorized methods.
• Build strong customer relationships through consultative interactions.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments.
