Overview

Responsible for designing and delivering strategies, programs, and experiences within talent management, performance management, and learning and development, that directly contribute to Stori’s growth and business goals. This role ensures that employees at all levels — across countries, functions, and seniority — have access to impactful solutions that enable them to grow, perform, and thrive.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute talent and performance management processes — including goal setting, feedback cycles, promotions, and succession planning — and translate performance insights into targeted development actions.
  • Deliver in-person, virtual, and blended learning experiences; develop learning content; and build leadership development programs.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, SMEs, and People teams to identify talent gaps, diagnose learning needs, and design integrated solutions that connect development initiatives with performance, career growth, and organizational impact.
  • Design, deliver, and continuously improve scalable learning programs (onboarding, capability academies, leadership development) aligned with business goals and employee needs.
  • Partner with SMEs to co-create relevant learning content and leverage digital, in-person, and blended formats.
  • Facilitate impactful learning experiences for diverse audiences — from individual contributors to senior leaders.
  • Apply data, KPIs, and feedback to evaluate and refine programs, ensuring engagement and measurable business impact.
  • Leverage learning technologies (LMS / LXP, e-learning, AI-enabled tools) to scale solutions and enhance learner experience.
  • Stay current on leadership development trends and learning methodologies to bring innovative practices into Stori’s learning ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed learning into daily operations and business processes.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, curiosity, and personal growth across the organization.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management and Performance, including at least 3 years designing and delivering leadership development, organizational capability programs or performance and talent management processes.
  • Hands-on experience managing talent and performance management systems.
  • Proven success in designing learning strategies and programs from diagnosis to delivery and scale.
  • Experience facilitating behavioral change at scale, using multiple levers including training, coaching, communication, and systems.
  • Hands-on experience managing LMS or LXP platforms.
  • Experience collaborating with business leaders and cross-functional teams to drive talent and development initiatives.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth, and multicultural environments is a plus.
  • Exposure to working with Operations teams is highly valued.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and HRBPs to build integrated talent strategies that connect performance, learning, and career development initiatives.
  • Drive and continuously improve performance management processes (goal setting, feedback cycles, promotions, calibration).
  • Manage talent and performance management systems to execute processes efficiently, ensure data accuracy, and generate insights for decision-making.
  • Translate performance insights into development actions in partnership with managers and HRBPs.
  • Lead succession planning and talent reviews to identify successors, high-potential employees, and critical talent.
  • Ensure employees and managers are equipped with tools, resources, and training to effectively participate in talent and performance processes.
  • Use data and analytics to track talent and performance trends and inform strategic workforce planning.
  • Design, deliver, and continuously improve scalable learning programs aligned with business goals and employee needs.
