Scope : 3 manufacturing plants

Team : NPI Analyst, Warehouse Analyst, Industrial Engineer, Data Master, Strategic Materials Analyst

What You’ll Do :

• Lead cross-functional teams and foster a high-performance culture
• Drive data governance, ERP integration, and BOM accuracy
• Optimize inventory control, warehouse execution, and forecasting
• Apply lean principles to improve material flow and labor productivity
• Champion change management and cross-functional alignment
