Operations Manager

Key ResponsibilitiesOn-Time Delivery (Sales Fulfillment) : Ensure that billable services (man-hours) are met according to the forecast.Monitor daily pre-sales vs. sales delivered by BU.Implement immediate corrective actions in case of deviations.Business Unit (BU) Management : Coordinate BU Managers, BUMs, and Supervisors for proper execution.Align workloads, staffing levels, and turnover.Monitor strategic projects (OEM, Tier 1, home appliances, etc.).

Operational and Administrative Management : Control KPIs : productivity, turnover, absenteeism, scrap (non-billable hours).

Ensure that attendance sheets, pre-sales, and reports are captured in the ERP (A&TOne).

Guarantee timely and accurate invoicing (without errors or delays).

Quality and Continuous Improvement : Ensure compliance with ISO standards and client audits.Lead Lean / ALTITUD initiatives for operational efficiency.Design plans to reduce errors in reports, attendance, and pre-sales.People Leadership : Manage coordinators, supervisors, and support staff.Strengthen the #OneMoreHour and #Love&Work culture.Guarantee workforce stability (maximum turnover rate).

Connection with Sales : The Operations Manager receives the sales commitment (forecast).

Their role is to "land" what was sold ? ensuring staff, logistics, PPE, and project kickoff.Becomes responsible for the fulfillment of sales delivered.

Connection with HR (Operational and Strategic) : Staffing : recruitment, turnover, terminations.Stability : maximum 15% turnover.Onboarding / PPE / training : ensure the workforce is ready and compliant.Payroll incidents : zero errors in records and reporting.2.

Ideal ProfileEducation : Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related.Experience : 8–12 years in operations for industrial services, automotive, or personnel outsourcing.Key Skills : Management of financial, operational, commercial, and HR KPIs.Expertise in managing large teams (400–800 people).

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing / TPS / ISO.Strong customer orientation and rapid response capability.High leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.3.
