Description This role is focused in supporting the Human Resources department.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews. Maintain and update employee records in the HR database. Support with the coordination of training programs and workshops. Prepare HR monthly reports. Organize company events. Organize and maintain HR files and records. Perform other administrative tasks as required by the HR team.
General Knowledge / Competencies
Demonstrates CHRISTUS Core Values (Dignity, Integrity, Compassion, Excellence, and Stewardship) in relationships and work. Advanced Excel The ability to work on multiple projects / tasks simultaneously to meet project deadlines for self and others as required. Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Requirements
Education :
~ Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or related area. ( only student )
Experience
~1-2 years experience is a plus.
