We are seeking a skilledMicrosoft Dynamics CRM Business Analystto support CRM implementation and enhancement projects.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience withUser Acceptance Testing (UAT)andend-user training, as well as strong skills in requirements gathering, process documentation, and stakeholder communication.Key Responsibilities : Gather and document business requirements for Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutionsCoordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) , including test case development and issue trackingDeliver end-user training sessions and create supporting documentationWork closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solution alignmentProvide post-go-live support and drive user adoptionRequirements : Experience as a Business Analyst on Microsoft Dynamics CRM projectsStrong understanding of CRM processes (sales, service, marketing)Hands-on experience with UAT planning and executionProven ability to conduct user training and documentationExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills
