You Are

UST is searching for a Product Owner who will collaborate with partners to define user and technical requirements for immersive and non-standard web products.

The Opportunity

  • Develop storyboards, creative briefs, design documents, and various other tools to capture the user experience and interface.
  • Align with the Program / Project Manager / Scrum Master on key deliverables, landmarks, deadlines, and the communication plan.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and operations to implement the product roadmap and achieve successful implementation.
  • Facilitate pre-sales consultations as necessary; Conduct voice of the customer activities, including gathering feedback and reporting out to leadership; Participate in product development workshops and ideation sessions

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

What You Need

  • Product Owner training and / or Certification, experience running large products
  • Excellent Microsoft Suite skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, passion for customer advocacy, and service.
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a cross-functional team.
  • Ability to work with tight timeframes; Creative, resourceful, self-starting, and curious

    • Benefits

    Employees receive mandatory and non-mandatory benefits such as fourteen (14) days of vacation beginning on the date of hire, vacation premium, ten (10) paid holidays, a Christmas Bonus of thirty (30) days’ pay, Monthly Food Vouchers, Saving Fund, and health insurance. Certain employees may be eligible for additional Company benefits beginning on the date of hire, including dental, disability and life insurance plans; four (4) days of personal time off per year, up to three (3) days of paid medical leave per year, and up to three (3) days of paid bereavement leave per year.
