About the Role :

We are seeking a Business Subject Matter Expert with exceptional writing, analytical, and business acumen to join our AI / ML data team. In this role, you will train advanced LLMs by producing, curating, and reviewing high-quality business and management-related content.

Your expertise will directly shape how AI systems understand, explain, and generate insights on a broad range of business concepts, strategies, and disciplines, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and real-world applicability.

Key Responsibilities :

• Content Development :
• Create well-structured, accurate, and insightful business content, including :
• Case studies and business scenarios
• Market research summaries and trend analyses
• Business plans, strategy frameworks, and executive summaries
• Finance, marketing, HR, and operations-related content
• Leadership, management, and organizational behavior materials
• AI Training & Review :
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, clarity, and depth in business contexts.
• Identify gaps in AI training data and create datasets across areas like :
• Finance & Accounting
• Marketing & Sales
• Strategy & Leadership
• HR & Organizational Development
• Supply Chain & Operations
• International Business & Economics
• Collaboration :
• Work closely with AI researchers and engineers to improve AI reasoning and business communication capabilities.
• Provide actionable feedback to enhance AI-generated content quality.
